• locate and assess properties that meet your requirements
• arrange appointments to view properties of interest
• explain all of the terms and conditions contained in your offer
• negotiate with your best interest at the forefront (and that means if she's not comfortable with a property she'll let you know)
• make recommendations on other service providers required during the home buying process
• explain the costs involved (which is very important)
• and will work with you until you are moved into your new home.

Tazmeen wants to be her clients' REALTOR® for life, so don't be surprised when you hear from her long after you have made your home purchase.

Tazmeen offers a 1.5 hour consultation to all new customers. She says "The only way for me to understand who the customer is, what their needs are, and how I can serve them best is to take the time to meet with them, listen to them and communicate openly and honestly. • Demystifies the process of buying a home
• Calculates the costs involved in buying a home and, together with the customer, puts a plan and strategy in place to ensure the homebuying process and experience goes as smoothly as it possibly can.
